It's an incredible honor to be a part of the Miss Vogue December issue, a special issue with nine different covers of "Influential faces on social media during 2012". For someone who never imagined something like this to happen in my lifetime, it's completely surreal and equally humbling to be alongside this mix of Australian personalities, models and my dear blogging friends Jessica and Sara. With someone as tech savvy as Edwina McCann being the driving force behind the rejuvinated Vogue Australia and vogue.com.au, I'm excited to see where blogging in Australia will go in the new year and what Edwina has in store for us all next. For now, a special thank you to Edwina, Christine, Pierre and the entire team who made this possible. What a perfect way to finish 2012!

Just sorting through my Florence photos and thought I'd share with you this circle-thingy because everyone needs a circle-thingy in their lives on a Wednesday. This was my staple outfit for when I was overseas - shorts that go with everything, a coloured silk singlet to style for daytime with shorts or a pencil skirt for night, a classic pea coat in a versatile colour and my Charlotte Olympia Kitty Flats that shouldn't be worn for 10 hours of sightseeing but were. My low side ponytail was a result of a much needed haircut and will haunt me for months to come, as well as pasta. Never thought there was such thing as too much pasta but apparently in Italy there is!
