As much as we all love to see and appreciate full looks on runway, there's always a whole other world to be experienced when you zoom in. Jen Kao's show was a perfect example of that - from the press pit, the silhouettes were well-constructed and flatteringly proportioned, but from seating, ombre lace, two-toned cable knit and curve-cropped sweaters were hard to miss. That black and white knit is definitely one of my favourite pieces of NYFW thus far - so much so that I'm dreaming up ways of wearing it already. P.S. how fantastic is the inky ombre hair? *love* xx
